ELCRO is a private company operating since 1995. Our specialty is electronics and automation.

      We have over 25 years of experience in developing, manufacturing and servicing electronic equipment for industry. Our products are constantly developed and adapted to the requirements and modern needs. We deliver our systems to customers in various industrial sectors. ELCRO serves: construction, concrete, mobile machinery, cranes, HDS cranes, raw material extraction, drilling operations. The decisive advantages here are flexibility, fast implementation, compatibility with various systems, and a high degree of functional safety (SIL 3 according to EN 61508).

       For several years we have been a leader in Poland in the production of radio remote control systems for concrete pumps, HDS cranes, construction cranes, overhead cranes and other mobile machines.

Manufacture of electronic control systems

       The systems are designed for control and steering of concrete pump operation processes. They are custom-designed to meet customer requirements. The controllers are equipped with, among other things, safety functions, proportional outputs (PWM) and measurement functions. They are suitable for radio or wire remote control. We design and build electrical control installations for concrete pumps and mixers.

       Repair, modernisation, maintenance of automatics and electronic control of pumps: CIFA, PUTZMEISTER, TECA, SCHWING STETTER and others.

 Radio remote control devices

           Modern, reliable, economical products installed at concrete pumps, cranes, overhead cranes, belt conveyors and other equipment ensure comfort of work and optimal use of the equipment. Made systems based on microprocessor technology meet the required quality standards. The transmitters are characterised by reliability, ergonomic design, low weight and high precision. We make and adapt systems to any configuration. The arrangement of such elements as joysticks, buttons, and switches on the transmitter is tailored to individual requirements.
